The story

The Nordic Ritual is a three-product Finnish botanical skincare set for perimenopausal and menopausal skin: a morning antioxidant and brightening serum (Birch Dew Daytime Serum), an overnight renewal serum (Twilight Birch Nighttime Serum), and a moisturizer used morning and night (Bilberry Dream Cream). For skin that has become drier, more reactive, and slower to recover, a short, correctly sequenced routine usually outperforms a long one, because layering many strong actives at once can compromise the skin barrier. This set is a complete daily treatment routine — the only things skin needs beyond it are a gentle cleanser and daily SPF. The actives are sequenced so they don’t conflict: vitamin C and antioxidants in the morning under SPF, and bakuchiol — a plant-based renewal alternative to retinol, without retinol’s sensitivity to light — at night. You don’t need to understand ingredient layering to use it; the timing is built into which product you reach for when.
