We want you to be genuinely happy with what you ordered. If something isn't right, we will make it right.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at hello@kasvibeauty.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will review your request and reply with next steps.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@kasvibeauty.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will make it right. If your order appears lost in transit, reach out and we will investigate and resolve it with the carrier.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to post the refund to your account.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
