Shipping Policy
Kasvi Beauty ships anywhere in the United States, including all 50 states and US territories.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or US public holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional day or two — if this applies to your order, we will let you know by email.
Rates and delivery times
- Standard shipping — $6.95 — 5 to 7 business days
- Expedited shipping — $14.95 — 2 to 3 business days
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75
Delivery times are estimates and begin when your order ships, not when it is placed.
Tracking
You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@kasvibeauty.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will make it right. If your order appears lost in transit, reach out and we will investigate and resolve it with the carrier.
International shipping
We do not ship internationally at this time.
